اسٹیبلشمنٹ ڈویژن نے فیملی اسسٹنٹس پیکج میں دوران سروس وفات پانے والے ملازمین کے بچوں یا بیوی کو دو سالہ کنٹریکٹ ملازمت بغیر اشتہار میں توسیع کرتے ہوئے کنٹریکٹ ملازمت کی معیاد کو پانچ سال کردیا ہے۔ اور ریٹائرمنٹ تک اس میں توسیع ہوتی رہے گی۔ توقع ہے کہ یہ کنٹریکٹ ملازمت مستقل ملازمت میں تبدیل ہوسکے گی۔
The Establishment Division is directed to refer to this Division O.M. No. 8/10/2013-E-2 (Pt) dated 4th December, 2015 on the above noted subject and to state that the Prime Minister has approved the following amendment / addition under heading/item of Employment for:
“Employment for the posts in BS-01 to BS-15 on Five years contract appointment without advertisement which may further be extendable till the age of superannuation or regularization as the case may be”
2. All Ministries/Divisions are requested to ensure circulation of the above mentioned amendments to their attached departments and sub-ordinate office under their administrative control for implementation in letter and spirit.

ایسے تمام ملازمین جن کو دو سالہ کنٹریکٹ مکمل ہونے کے بعد نوکری سے برخاست کردیا گیا ہو، وہ بھی محکمے میں دوبارہ ملازمت کی درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔ اس آفس میمورنڈم کے حوالے سے۔ اس سلسلے میں اگر کسی ملازم کو محکمے کی جانب سے خاطر خواہ یا تسلی بخش جواب نہ ملے تو ہمیں بذریعہ ای میل رابطہ کرسکتے ہیں۔ انشاء اللہ اُن کیلئے بہتری ہوگی۔ شکریہ
