Fin.Division is directed to refer to Ministry of Defence O.M. No. 3/12/TD/D-5/2018 dated 18-10-2019 on the above subject and to state that Finance Division conveys its concurrence to the upgradation/redesignation of following 1930 posts as recommended by Establishment Division vide their O.M. No. 8/10/2016-R-6 dated 10-10-2019:-

Moreover, the above posts will be re-designated subject to amendment in the recruitment Rules and filling up the re-designated posts in the manner prescribed in Establishment Division D.O. ltr No. 8/36/2000/R-1 dated 31-12-2008. The financial implication on account of upgradation/redesignation of the posts may be met within allocated budget of the Ministry of Defence for the year 2019-2020.
