Kindly refer to your letter No.PR-C/Advance Increment/CD-336 dated 12.04.3017, on the subject noted above.
The matter has been examined in the Finance Department and it is advised that two advance increments on the basis of LL.B. degree, are admissible to the employees of BS-1 to BS-16 of Hon`ble Lahore High Court, Civil Courts, Solicitor Department and Advocate General Punjab wef 12.01.2000. however, the same are not admissible w.e.f. 01.12.2001 for having been discontinued in the light of Finance Department`s letter No.FD.PC.2-1/2001 dated 22.10.2001.
