Govt. of Punjab, Finance Department Notification No. FD.PR.12-4/2015, dated 21-07-2016
In pursuance of approval of Chief Minister, Finance Department conveys its concurrence to the Grant of Chief Minister’s Office Special Allowance @ 50% of running Basic Pay Scale, 2016 to the officers/officials on the payroll of Chief Chief Minister’s Office w.e.f. 01-07-2016 as the challenging works environment of the Chief Minister’s Office requires staff to devote time beyond office hours, to perform round the clock duties for better public service delivery and to keep the Government Initiatives on track. This dedication towards duty on the part of staff posted in this office merits appreciation in the form of an incentive. This incentive shall not be quoted as a precedent.
2. Chief Minister’s Office Special Allowance @ 50% of running Basic Pay Scale, 2015 previously admissible to the officers/officials on the payroll of Chief Minister’s Office is hereby withdrawn w.e.f. 30-06-2016.
