The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Law and Justice, Islamabad OM dated 03.11.2021 on the subject cited above and to say that:-
i) In case of self hiring and continued hiring where house is of the entitlement of a FGS the increase in rental ceiling is fully applicable irrespective of the fact that the rental assessment was less than the revised rental ceiling.
ii) In case of fresh hiring, the department has to ensure that the rental ceiling is not paid above the assessed rent.
اپنے مکان کی ہائرنگ اور مسلسل ہائرنگ کی صورت میں جہاں مکان وفاقی حکومت کے ملازم کا استحقاق ہے کرایہ کی حد میں اضافہ مکمل طور پر لاگو ہوتا ہے قطع نظر اس حقیقت کے کہ رینٹل اسسمنٹ نظر ثانی شدہ کرائے کی حد سے کم تھی۔
نئی ہائرنگ کی صورت میں، محکمہ کو اس بات کو یقینی بنانا ہوگا کہ کرایہ کی زیادہ سے زیادہ حد مقررہ کرایہ سے زیادہ ادا نہیں کی گئی ہے۔
