Government of the Pakistan, Establishment Division Notification / O.M. No.8/13/2016-E-2 dated 11-June-2018
The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that the Prime Minister has been pleased to approve that the:
“Claims arising during the period between 15-06-2013 and 09-02-2015, while the Assistance Package dated 20-10-2014 was in the field, have to be processed in accordance with the law and rights created under this package.”
The cases of Assistance Package falling under the above stated decision can be submitted to Finance Division for consideration of funds provision through re-appropriation/Supplementary grants through respective Financial Advisers (FAs).
All Ministries/Divisions are requested to ensure circulation of the above mentioned decision to their attached department and sub-ordinate offices under their administrative control for implementation in letter and spirit.
اوپر درج بالا پیریڈ کے دوران فیملی اسسٹنس پیکیج کے تحت آنے والے تمام کیسسز فنانس ڈویژن میں فنڈز کی فراہمی کے لئے متعلقہ دفاتر کے ذریعے بھیجے جائیں گے۔ اور فنڈز کی دستیابی پر تمام اِن متاثرین کو ادائیگی کردی جائے گی۔ نوٹ ۔ اِن احکامات کے مطابق وہ تمام متاثرین جو اِس مخصوص پریڈ کے زمرے میں آتے ہیں انہیں بغیر عدالت کے یہ تمام مراعات ملیں گی۔ اور اِس سلسلے میں جن جن لوگوں نے جدوجہد کی اور مالی معاونت اپنی مدد آپ کے تحت کی، اُن تمام کو اللہ تعالیٰ اجرِ عظیم عطا فرمائے۔ آمین ثم آمین
