Government of the Punjab, Planning & Development Department has issued letter bearing No. Letter No. SO (C&C)/P&D/15-29-2017 dated 22-06-2017 regarding Provision of Details of Employees Whose Posts Have Not Been Upgraded in Punjab.
I am directed to refer the subject noted above and to inform that Chief Secretary, Punjab has been pleased to constitute a Committee under the Chairmanship of Addition Chief Secretary for thrashing out and setting all matters regarding the employees whose posts have not been upgraded are approaching for up-gradation of their posts as well.
Finance Department has asked to place the demands of employees regarding up-gradation of their posts on the analogy of up-grading of clerical posts (i.e. Junior Clerk. Senior Clerk, Assistant. Superintendent & Stenographers etc.) in the shape of working paper.
It is, therefore, requested to furnish the details / requisite working paper regarding employees whose are approaching for up-gardening of their posts within three days positively for onward submission to Finance Department for placing the same before the Committee.
