As per Office Memorandum / Notification Finance Division is directed to refere to the Islamabad High Court Order dated 15.11.2014 in WP No. 3851/2014 Titled Mr. Khalid Safdar Vs Secretary Finance”, Finance Division conveys its concurrence to allow pre-mature increment on grant of BS-18/19 to Private Secretaries (BS-17), as is admissible on promotion under the existing rules/policies.
