Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD.PC.39-14/77(Pt.IV)APCA/2008(Provl) dated 11-02-2016
Finance Department directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that after the upgradation of different posts, some queries have been raised by the Accounts Offices regarding admissibility of subject allowances to the incumbents in upgraded posts.
The queries and the stance of Government of the Punjab, Finance Department may be perused as under for further necessary action. The summary of the queries is as under:
Admissibility of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2010
Special Allowance 2009 @ 20%
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013 @ 10%
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014 @ 10 %
Medical Allowance @ 15% of Basic Pay
Upgaradtion of Contract Junior Clerk, Senior Clerk, Assistant/Head Clerk and Superintendent in Punjab
