To disposed of the instant writ petition with the direction the respondents to decide the matter of petitioners strictly in accordance with law as per judgment of the Federal Service Tribunal in view of order dated 29-05-2014 of this court by giving personal hearing to the representative of petitioners, within 15 days, positively.
