Prayer in Writ Petition:-

It is therefore, most respectuflly prayed that this writ petition may very kindly be accepted, the respondents may very kindly be directed to upgrade the post of “Zillahdar” from BPS-14 to BPs-17 in the light of directive dated 25th Feb. 2016 of the Chief Minister of Punjab strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a stipulated period and all the back benefits may be ordered to be awarded to the petitioner to meet the ends of justice..

Lahore High Court (Multan Bench) directed to Respondent (2) to decide aforementioned appeal of the Petitioner (if Pending) strictly in accordance with law after providing proper hearing to all the concerned including the petitioner and will pass a speaking order, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of two week from the receipt of certified copy of this order under intimation to Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Bench.
