Federal Service Tribunal (FST) issued the order on Implementation of judgment dated 25-07-2011 in Appeal No. 1615-16(R)CS/2011 filed by Mr. Muhammad Amar & Khurram Ejaz vs M/o Defence & others). MP No. 162 & 163/2015, Up-gradation of Computer Operators (Pakistan Military Accounts Department) from BS-16 to BS-17 as Asstt: Programmer on 08.01.2016
Therefore we again pass the direction to require the respondents to ensure compliance with the aforesaid judgments dated 25.07.2011 of this Tribunal in its true letter and spirit which has attained finality. Nothing to the contrary was produced before us to show that the said judgments were reversed or varied by the Hon’able Supreme Court. Therefore, the respondents are under legal obligation to ensure that the compliance of the judgment is made within a period one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the petitioners/appellant will be at liberty to approach this Tribunal. With this direction, the MPs stand disposed of.
