وزیرخزانہ جناب اسحاق ڈار کی بجٹ تقریر میں سرکاری ملازمین کے پے سکیل ری وائز کرنے کا بھی ذکر کیا گیا۔ اس تقریر کے مطابق دو ایڈ ہاک بنیادی تنخواہ میں ضم کرنے کی بات کی گئی۔ بعض اخبارات نے تین ایڈہاک کو ضم کرنے کی بھی خبر دی ہے۔ اور جو نیا سآڑھے سات فیصد ایڈہاک ۲۰۱۵ دیا ہے۔ وہ بھی ابھی واضح نہیں ہے کہ کس بنیادی تنخواہ کا ساڑھے سات فیصد ہوگا۔ یہ وہ تمام سوالات ہیں تمام ملازمین کے ذہنوں میں ہیں۔ وہ ہمیں ای میل اور ٹیلی فون کے ذریعے پوچھ رہے ہیں۔ تمام ملازمین سے گذارش ہے کہ یہ تمام معاملات اُس وقت ہی کلیئر ہونگے جب فنانس ڈویژن اس کا آفس میمورنڈم جاری کرے گی۔ لہذا پریشان ہونے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔
