UP-GRADATION OF THE POST OF ASSISTANT CUM ACCOUNTANT BS-11 TO BS-14 Govt of Punjab, D.G Social Welfare, & Bait-ul-Maal, Punjab Notification No. LO(E)A-1/W.P.No.20118/2011 Mr. Abdula Irshad, Assistant cum Accountant (BS-11), Shelter Home (Dar-ul-Aman), Okara filed a Writ Petition in Lahore High Court, Lahore vide petition No. 20118/2011, after considering the instant Petition of Mr. Abdul Irshad, Honorable Lahore High Court passed direction on 13-11-2012 to grant BS-14 to the petitioner with effect from the date of regularization of his services. In compliance of order dated 13-11-2012 passed by Honorable Court of Mr. Justice Shujaat Ali Khan, Judge Lhaore High Court, the Petitioner Mr. Abdullah Irshad, Assistant cum Accountant, Shelter Home (Dar-ul-Aman), Okara is hereby placed in BS-14 instead of BS-11, with effect from the date of regularization of his services i.e. 14-01-2009 subject to final sanction from the Finance Department.
