UP-GRADATION POSTS OF SENIOR CLERK BS-11 to BS-14 & JUNIOR CLERK BS-9 to BS-11 Finance Department, Govt of Balochistan (Regulation-I) No. FD(R-1)III-79/D-A/2016/794-917 dated: 13-05-2016
The Governament of Balochistan is please to upgrade the specific nomenclature of posts, whereever exist in the province, with effect from 1st-July-2016, as under: (i) The posts of Senior Clerks BS-11 to BS-14 (ii) The post of Junior Clerks BS-09 to BS-11 Consequent upon up-gradation of posts mentioned above, the Administrative Departments shall start process to make amendments in the relevant Service Rules in the prescribed manner and thereafter, place cases of promotion of the incumbents before the appropriate Departmental Promotion Committee to meet the requirement of para-19 (a) (xviii) of the Balochistan Civil Servants' Promotion Policy, 2012. (REVISE ORDER) UPGRADATION POSTS OF SUPERINTENDENT (BS-16 TO BS-17), ASSISTANT (BS-14 TO BS-16), SENIOR CLERK, JUNIOR CLERK AND CLASS-IV EMPLOYEES IN ATTACHED DEPARTMENTS/ SUBORDINATE OFFICES IN BALOCHISTAN Govt. of Balochistan, Finance Department (R-1) Notification No. FD(R-1)III-79/D.A/2015/2290-2410 dated: 29-Sept-2015 The Governament of Balochistan is pleased to revise sub paras (i), (ii) and (v) of this department's Circular No. FD(R-I)III-79/D.A/2014/2878-3028 dated 18th December, 2014 as under: (i) The posts of Superintendent (B-16) are hereby up-graded in (B-17). (ii) The posts of Assistant / Head Clerk (B-14) are hereby up-graded in (B-16) (iii) All posts of Drivers, Security Guards and Photostate Machine Operators are hereby up-graded one step higher in person to the incumbents in all attached Departments/ Subordinate offices. Note: Creation of posts of Drivers, Security Guards and Photostate Machine Operators and fresh appointments shall remain as same as before this up-gradation.
