Grant of 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013 for TEVTA & Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) Employees Govt. of Punjab Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority Notification No. TEVTA/Bud/Ad-hoc/2013 dated 3rd April 2014
Govt. of Punjab Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority is pleased to grant 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013 for PCIC & TEVTA employees from its own resources with effect from 1st July 2013. 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013 for TEVTA Employees 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013 shall be admissible on the running basic pay of TEVTA Pay Scales with effect from 01-07-2013. 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013 for PSIC (Punjab Small Industry Corporation) Employees 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013 shall be admissible on the running basic pay of Basic Pay Scales 2011 with effect from 01-07-2013.

It is a connected matter with W.P No. 29387/2012 pending adjudication before court for 17-12-2003. Propriety demands that this petition may also heard along with the aforementioned writ petition. 2- Issue notice to the respondents for 17-12-2013 to file report and para wise comments on or before the next date of hearing. C.M No. 1 of 2013 Dispensation sought for is allowed subject to all just and legal exceptions. C.M stands disposed of. Govt. of Punjab Finance Department Notification for 90-days Maternity Leave (F) & 7-days Paternity Leave (M) with full pay outside her leave account in Govt. of Punjab No. FD.SR.11-9-107/2012 dated 30th October, 2012 In exercise of the power conferred under Section 23 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act 1974 (VII of 1974), Governor of the Punjab is pleased to direct that in the Revised Leave Rules 1981 the following amendments shall be made: for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted: A female civil servant may, for the maxim7um period of ninety days, be granted maternity leave with full pay outside her leave account at any time, immediately before or after the birth of a child and she shall not be required to provide fitness certificate to purposes of joining duties after such leave; after sub-rule (7), the following sub rule (B) shall be in seated: (8) A male civil servant may, for a maximum period of seven days be granted paternity leave on full pay outside his leave account on or immediately before the birth of his child: Provided the such leave shall be admissible only for two times during the entire service" This post has been delivered by Mr. Asif Mehmood Asstt: Controller Exams, Sargodha University
Disciplinary Proceedings aginst Civil Servants on Account of Un-authorized absence from Duty - Treatment of Absence Period Government of the Punjab Service & General Administration Department (Regulation Wing) Notification No. SORI (S&GAD)-1-25/2001 Dated 9-09-2013 The problem of unauthorized absence from duty is rampant in Govt departments and it has been observed that despite clear rules and instructions on the subject such cases are not dealt with appropriately, in accordance with the rules, by the relevant authorities. The administrative departments are therefore requested to follow the following instructions/guidelines while dealing with the cases of unauthorized absence from duty.
Shifting of Ministerial Staff Working in Offices/Schools of School Education Department Faisalabad As Per Transfer Policy 2013 (Under Para No.8) Executive District Officer, Education Faisalabad has issued Circular No. 10392/Admn dated 17th September 2013 as well as circular Nos. 10397,10398, 10400, 10401, 10402 dated 17-09-2013 These ministerial staff has been transferred/adjusted due to completion tenure more than 3 years under the Transfer Policy issued vide Notification No. SO (SE-IV) 2-34/2009 (Transfer) dated 17-04-2013 para No. 8. This shifting of Clerical Staff includes Junior Clerks and Senior Clerks of Faisalabad. The Heads/DDOs are fully responsible to check the original service record of the shifted/adjusted officials before relieving/joining. The incumbents are immediately relieved from their present place of posting and directed to join their new place of posting immediately without fail.
APPOINTMENT OF CONTRACT EMPLOYEES IN BS-16 AND ABOVE ON REGULAR BASIS Govt of Punjab Services & General Administrative has issued Notification No. DS (O&M)(S& GAD)5-3/2013 dated 20th August 2013.The regularization of contract employees of BPS-16 & above working in various departments of Punjab. The Chief Minister Punjab has pleased to allow that the Administrative Departments may further proceed regarding regular appointment of their contract employees as per the policy notification issued on 01-03-2013 except for categories falling under C&D a the matter is subjudice in the Lahore High Court.

Grant of Special Increment to The Accounts Clerk in the Govt. of Punjab wef 01-07-2007 ( Finance Department No. FD.PC.40-147/2012 dated 16th March 2013) Finance Department Govt of Punjab letter bearing No. FD.PC.40-42/2007 dated 7th July 2009 and 13th April 2012 on the subject noted above and to convey sanction of the Government of Punjab to the grant of Special Increment to the Accents Clerks in the Punjab wef 01-09-2007 on the analogy of Junior Clerks, Seniors and Assistants/Head Clerks.

Promotion of Teachers from BPS-18 to 19 in Punjab Education Department, No. No. SO (S-VI) 6-8/2012 dated 15th April 2013  Punjab School Education Department has issued the Notification of the Promotion of Officers/Teachers (Male) General Cadre with immediate effect. Notification No. SO (S-VI) 6-8/2012 dated 15th April 2013 has been issued in this regard. Consequent upon the approval of the recommendations made by the Provincial Selection Board-II in its meeting held on 05-03-2013 officers/teachers of BPS-18 (General Cadre-Male) of School Education Department have been promoted to BPS-19 on regular basis with immediate effect. However their posting/adjustments orders shall be issued separately, within due course of time.   Notification of 2 Days Weekly Holidays in Punjab 2013 Punjab Govt has issued Notification of two days weekly holidays in the Punjab province vide Notification No. SOW-I (S&GAD) 1-3/2008 (P-II) dated 11th April 2013. According to this notification 5 days working will be observed henceforth during a week and the days of Saturday and Sunday will be observed as closed. The policy of 5 working days will not be observed in the institutions or departments that are providing essential services as Health Department, Police Department, Rescue 1122 and Sanitation etc. The staff of various departments placed at the disposal of Election Commission of Pakistan for the election duties till the end of the recent election activities.
