| Before Hon'able Member FST Mr. Muhammad Arshad Bhatti, and Mr. Istiaq Ahmed Objections have already been submitted by the respondents and placed on record. DR appealed on behalf of respondents and states that the case of the appellants for upgradation of the post of "Technical Assistant and Supervisor, is already under active consideration and the process of the same is expected to be completed within the next month. The learned counsel for the appellants has no objection if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the case of the appellants, namely, Asrar-ul-Haq and & Muhammad Liaqat for upgradation as per rules. The respondents are directed to consider the claim of the appellants for upgradation of the post of Technical Assistant from BS-10 to BS-16 and the post of Supervisor from BS-11 to BS-16 respectively subject to eligibility and as per rules with effect from the date their conterporaries were allowed the said benefit, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. The appeal Nos 280 & 281(R)CS/2013 are disposed of accordingly. Parties shall be informed. Special thanks to Mr. Shahbaz for providing the details. |

No. 8/34/2011-R1, dated 23rd September, 2014 subject to the following conditions:-

First of Congratulation to all Technical Assistants regarding your up-gradation from BS-11 to BS-14. As per Finance Division Regulation Wing O.M.No. 6(4) R-I/2006 dated 24th February 2014, "Antedated Up-Gradation Of The Post Of Statistical Assistant From BPS-11 To BPS-14" with effect from 1st July 2007 instead of 25th August 2010. You are also eligible for antidated up-gradation claim. When your up-gradation is implemented then you can apply this claim through written application within next 30 days. | ||||||||||||
