Up gradation for the post of Assistant Superintendent P.O & Assistant Superintendent MST(P.O) from BPS-14 to BPS-16 :: FST Islamabad issued the Judgment Appeal No. 96(Q)CS/2012, 239,253(P), 2647-2648, 2798 & 3018-3023(R)CS/2012 filed by Hamid ul Haseeb & 11 others VS Secretary, DG Postal Service, Islamabad & others; Before the Justice (R) Sheikh Ahmad Farooq, Chairman & Syed Muhammad Hamid Member, M/s M. Shabbir Ahmed Nasir Advocate The instant appeal is accepted with the directions to the respondent-department to consider the case of the present appellant for upgradation of the post of ASPOs (Assistant Superintendent Post Office BS-14 to BS-16) in line with the up-gradation of other posts under their command strictly in accordance with law, by following the rule of consistency. The consideration should be serious, impartial and judicious, which excise should be be completed within a period of three months from the date a copy of this judgment is received by them.
