CASE FACTS:: That the applicatns / petitioners were appointed as Junior Auditors in Pakistan Military Accounts Department (PMAD) in 1980's and according to the record of the respondent No.1 (Department) the petitioners completed seven years of service as Non-Graduate Junior Auditors to make them eligible for promotion as Senior Auditor according to PMAD (APT) Rules, 1995.

بارہ نومبر کی عدالت میں پیشی کی مکمل سماعت نہ ہوسکی۔ معزز جج عبادالرحمن لودھی کی اچانک مصروفیات کی وجہ سے تمام نوٹس کیسز کو ایڈجرن کردیا گیا۔ نئی تاریخ سماعت رجسٹرار آفس سے جب جاری ہوگی تو آپ کو آگاہ کردیا جائے گا۔
اللہ تعالیٰ کے فضل و کرم سے مسعود اختر جونئر آڈیٹر سی سی ایم اے آفس کی طرف اس دائر رٹ پٹیشن کی وجہ سے محکمے نے لچک دکھاتے ہوئے اپنے سروس رولز میں ترمیم کرتے ہوئے نان گریجویٹ جونیئر آڈیٹر کو بحیثیت سینئر آڈیٹر پروموشن میں شامل کرلیا ہے۔ مگر ابھی سروس رولز کی مکمل منظوری نہیں ہوئی انشاء اللہ جلد ان لوگوں کی محرومی دور ہوجائے گی۔ اور ہمیشہ کامیابی اُس کے قدم ضرور چومتی ہے جو خلوص نیت سے سب کے لئے جدوجہد کرتا ہے۔ مسعود اختر بھی ایک ایسا ہی نام ہے۔
