GRANT OF INCENTIVE TO THE TEACHING STAFF (SCHOOL SIDE) IN BALOCHISTAN (Revision of Charge Allowance):: Govt of Balochistan, Finance Department No.FD(R-I)VII43/2015 dated 17-11-2015

According to Para-13 of this department's Notification No. FD(R)III(40-41)/84 dated 26th December, 1984, circular No. FD (R)II-29/01/3418-3516 dated 28th July 1991 and circular No. FD(R-1)VII-13/2013/4431-4560 dated 23rd-Dec-2010, the Governament of Balochistan is pleased to enhance the rates of Charge Allowance (School Side) with immedate effect as under:- S.No Name of Allowance/Category of Teachers Existing Rate (Rs) Revised Rates (Rs) 1 Charge Allowance to Head Master/Head Mistress of Primary School 100/-pm 500/-pm 2 Charge Allowance to Head Master/Head Mistress of Middle School 150/-pm 1000/-pm 3 Charge Allowance to Head Master/Head Mistress (BS-17 & BS-18) of High School 200/-pm 2000/-pm 4 Charge Allowance to Principal (B-19) Model & High School 300/-pm 3000/-pm 5 Science Teacher Allowance 200/-pm 300/-pm 6 Agro-Tech Teacher Allowance 200/-pm 300/-pm Special thanks to Mr. Abdul Razzique for providing this useful order.

REVISION OF BASIC PAY SCALES & ALLOWANCES OF CIVIL SERVANTS OF THE BALOCHISTAN GOVERNMENT (2015) Government of the Balochistan Finance Department Notification No. FD(R-I)V-I/2015/1572-1692 dated 13-07-2015 The Notification of Balochistan Governament is same as Federal Govt Notification and Punjab Government. The main features of this Notification are as under: Pay Scales have been revised with effect from 01-07-2015 ARA-2011 & ARA-2012 have been merged into the Basic Pay Scales 2015 There is Adhoc Relief Allowance 2015 @ 7.5% of the new basic pay scales according to the pay scales 2015 Medical Allowance has been increased @ 25% of the running medical allowance but minimum Rs. 1500/- New Appointees on or after 01-07-2011 will get ARA-2010 on the initial of the concerned basic pay scales 2008. They will also get ARA-2013 & 2014 at the initial of the BPS-2011 ARA-2013 & ARA-2014 have been frozen Orderly Allowance has been increased to Rs. 12000/- per month from Rs. 7000/- PM Special Thanks to Mr. Zaheer / Computer Operator for sending the copy of the Notification of Revision of Pay Scales 2015 Balochistan Government
