The undersigned is directed to refere to CGA on the subject noted above and to say that it is for the Administrative Department to decide as to whether CPLA should be filed or to implement the Judgement of the FST. However, it is pertainent to point out that limitation period for filling of CPLA before the Apex Court is 60 days, therefore, referring Department is advised to keep watch on this point.
