Office of the Director General of Pakistan Post Islamabad in pursuance of Ministry of Communications (Postal Wing) letter No. 1-63/2009-P.O-I dated 19-08-2013 and Finance Division (Regulation Wing) F.No. 1(2)R-1/2008-482/13 dated 7-08-2013, the competent authority has been please to modify the date of effect of up-gradation of the post of Junior Accountant (from BPS-12 to BPS-16) from 19-07-2011 to 12-9-2005 in Pakistan Post Office Department, subject to following conditiions:- i) Amendent in the Recruitment Rules ii) The up-gradation shall take effect from the date of filling the posts by eligibile person in the prescribed manner iii) The expenditure shall be met from within the sanctioned budget grant of Pakistan Post Office Department.
