 Writ Petition filed by the Senior Auditors (Contractual Employees) of PMAD in Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench, the Government of Pakistan has decided to regularise all the contract employees of under the MoD, who have completed at least one year of contract service till 30th September 2011. It was decided in a meeting of the sub-committee of the Federal Cabinet on contract and daily wages employees held in Islamabad. In the meeting the issue of regularisation of daily wagers and contract employees under the MoD was extensively deliberated and at the end it was decided to regularise all these employees. |

| Rawalpindi , August 4, 2011: Lahore High Court (Rawalpindi Bench) Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan "suspend the termination order of Senior Auditors BS-16 Contractual Employees of Pakistan Military Accounts Department that the appointees under the “Prime Minister's Package for Family of Government Employees who die in Service”. Through Sardar Naseer Ahmed Shaghir Advocate the writ petition filed in High Court and the Petitioners are widows, daughter and sons of deceased employees of PMAD who died in service and the respondent MAG has issued notices to the petitioners for termination from service by illegally curtailing the period of contact employment. |
