FST's Judgment ::
We direct the respondents to consider the claim of the appellants for upgradation in BS-14 in the light of advertisement mentioned above and also in the light of upgradation made in other departments. The appeallant shall submit applications, quoting precedents, to the competent authority for consideration of their claim. Once the parent department of the appellants find such claim to be genuine it shall make out a case for consideration of the Establishment Division and for the approval of the Finance Division.
