یاد رہے کہ فیصلے پر عملدرآمد نہ کرنے پر توہین عدالت کا مقدمہ پہلے سے لاہور ہائی کورٹ راولپنڈی بنچ میں جاری ہے۔ جس میں آئندہ تاریخ نومبر کی سترہ تاریخ ہے۔ جبکہ فنانس ڈویژن نے سب انجینئرز گریڈ ون کو سکیل سولہ کی بجائے سکیل چودہ میں اپ گریڈ کیا ہے۔ ہائی کورٹ میں اس کی سماعت ہونی ہے۔ سب انجینئرز کی یہ کوشش ہے کہ ان کو گریڈ سولہ میں اپ گریڈ کیا جائے۔

ملٹری انجینئرنگ سروسز کے سب انجینئرز نے سکیل سولہ کی اپ گریڈیشن کے لئے دوبارہ کیس فیڈرل سروس ٹریبونل میں دائر کیا ہوا ہے۔ اُن کا موقف ہے کہ فنانس ڈویژن نے اُنہیں سکیل چوہ میں اپ گریڈ کیا ہے جبکہ انہوں نے گریڈ سولہ میں اپ گریڈ کرنے کی درخواست عدالت عالیہ میں دائر کی تھی۔ جس کا فیصلہ بھی اُن کے حق میں آچکا تھا۔ مگر اُس پر عملدرآمد نہیں ہوا۔ لہذا ان ایس ڈی اوز نے کیس دوبارہ ایف ایس ٹی میں دائر کردیا ہے۔

In excersie of the powers conferred by sub-rule(2) of rule 3 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) the following amendments shall be in the Recruitment Rules of Military Engineer Service under the Ministry of Defence, vide SRO 7(KE)/86, dated 23rd January, 1986 as amended vide Ministry of Defence notification No. 3(187)/D-3(A-III)/92 dated 18th November, 1993

Finance Division is directed to refer the Ministry of Defence O.M. F.No. 1/24/D-3(A-III)/12 dated 2nd September, 2014 on the subject cited above and to convey the approval of Finance Division to the up-gradation of the post of Sub-Engineer Grade-I from BPS-11 to BPS-14 in the Military Engineering Service (MES) Department subject to amendment in the Recruitment rules and filling up the upgraded posts in the manner prescribedvide Establishment Division's D.O. letter dated 31-12-2008 (Read this DO letter).
