Islamabad High Court grants stay order against termination of Computer Instructor in FGEI(C/G)
ISB High Court :: 3rd Dec. 2012:: In a petition filed by the Mr. Saqib Shahzad & others Computer Instructor BS-17 against their termination.
The Petitioners were appointed as Computer Instructors (BS-17) in General Headquaters FGEI (C/G) Directorate Sir Syed Road, Rawalpindi, on contract basis. Government had introduced policy for regularization of contract employees but the petitioners have not yet been regularized, hence present writ petition.
Notice be issued to the respondents, for a date, to be fixed by the office.
