On the recommendation of POF Board, Wah Cantt, Finance Division has issued NOC. Therefore, finaly subject notification is to be issued by the respondent POF Board Wah Cantt. It is incumbent upon them to issue final notification after completion of inquiry process initiated and concluded at respective ends. Therefore, respondent No. 3 is directed to issue notification in accordance with law within a period of 15 days. With these directions, instant criminal orginal is disposed of.
