Regularization of Employees through Cabinet Sub-Committee contractual/daily wages employees in the Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments/Autonomous Bodies/Organizations etc

Employement will not be terminated/discharged without brining his case before the Cabinet Sub-Committee Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division No. F.3/5/2011-Admin-I Dated 4th July, 2012 The Cabinet Sub-Committee decided that the services of any of the contractual/daily wages employees in the Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments/Autonomous Bodies/Organizations etc who has completed more than one year of service of his/her employement will not be terminated/discharged without brining his case before the Cabinet Sub-Committee and the contrauctual services of all such contract/daily wages employees should be extended till final decision by the Cabinet Sub-Committee.
