Lahore High Court Issued the Judgment regarding Permission of PIPFA Exams to Stenos A writ petition (WP-2962/2013) has been filed in Lahore High Court for Permission of PIPFA Exams for Stenos filed by Naveed Imran Khan (Stenotypist DG PT&T) VS Auditor General of Pakistan etc. Proceeding on 22-04-2014 as per Judgment "Consequently, instant petition is accepted, letter dated 08-06-2009 is declared to be inconsequential and the matter is remitted back to the Auditor General of Pakistan, for decision afresh on the application of the petitioner through a well-reasoned order after attending to the provision of Auditor General's Manual of Standing Orders, Third Edition, in particular Para No. 155 thereof. by Shujaat Ali Khan, Judge
