50% Hard Area Allowance, 25% Special Pay, | Supreme Appellate Court of Pakistan (Gilgit-Baltistan) decide the case "The Hard Area Allowance at the rate of 50% on running basis pay allowed to the employees of Federal Government Would be equally admissible to the employees of above Organizations/Departments serving in Gilgit-Baltistan including Civil Employees paid out of defense budgent irrespective of their domicile with effect from the date of the sanction vide notification dated 03-01-2006 reead with letter dated 02-04-2007 of the Finance Division Government of Pakistan."
