ONE GRADE UP-GRADATION BPS-1 TO 16 NON-TEACHING/NON-GAZETTED EMPLOYEES OF SHAHEED MOHTARMA BENAZIR BHUTTA MEDICAL UNITERSITY, LARKANA SINDH :: Office Order / Notification No. SMBBMU/REG./1262 dated 4th July 2014 The Registrar of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University Larkana has issued  Office Order / Notification No. SMBBMU/REG./1262 dated 4 th  July 2014 for one grade Upgradation of Non-Teaching/Non-Gazetted employees of SMBBMU Larkana. Minutes of meeting  of SMBBMU  administration with office bearers of Paramedic /Employees Association, held at Commissioner House on 18-09-2013 under chairmanship of Commissioner Larkana regarding matters related to the employees of SMBBMU. Meeting of office bearers of PPMSA with honourable Vice Chancellor on 03-06-2014 and follow up meeting on 27 thJune 2014 regarding above mentioned matter related to employees of SMBBMU. Orders of Vice Chancellor SMBBMU thereon. Approval by Syndicate in its 23 rd meeting held on 3 rd July 2014. As per resolution No. 23.16 passed in 23rd  Syndicate meeting held on 3rd  July 2014, all Non-Teaching/Non-Gazetted employees of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University Larkana and its constituent  colleges/institutions, working from BPS-01 to BPS-16 are hereby given benefit of one grade Upgradation  with immediate effect. This is one time Upgradation. No further  claim for premature promotion and retrospective financial benefits will be entertained

NO.PAS/Legis-B-07/2014 : The following bill is hereby published for general information as required by Rule 98 of Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh. THE SINDH CIVIL SERVANTS (REGULARIZATION OF ADHOC APPOINTMENTS) (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2014. SINDH BILL NO. 07 OF 2014. STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS The Civil servants who were working on adhoc basis, their previous services were not regularized, the working efficiency and normal service benefits in the matter of promotion and confirmations enjoyed by their colleagues who were junior to these civil servants by virtue of their appointment. To remove the hardships made on the basis of discrimination, to double standards, injustice, hardships and to enable them to enjoying all service benefit, it is competent to allow regularization and seniority.
