The Secretary Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) is directed to refer to this Department's circular No. CEO(S&GAD) House Requisition Allowance/2-1/2006/602-25 dated 4th September, 2006, No. CEO(S&GAD)H.R.A/2-1/2006/2336-83 dated 6th October, 2007, No. CEO (S&GAD)H.R.A/2-1/2007/2907-12 dated 20th November 2007 and No. CEO(S&GAD)H.R.A/2-1/2008/2816-88 dated 13th October 2008 and to state that Government of Balochistan is please to enchance 25% in the existing rental ceiling of "House Requisition Scheme" for the employees (BPS-1 to BPS-21) of Balochistan Civil Secretariat, Chief Ministrer's Secretariat, Governor's Secretariat, Provincial Assembly Secretariat, Hon'able High Court Balochistan, Provincial Ombudsman, Balochistan Service Tribunal and Balochistan Public Service Comission w.e.f. 1st July, 2011 as per following rates mentioned against each:-

Basic Pay Scale Existing Rates Revised Rates
BPS-1 to BPS-2 Rs: 1908/- Rs:2385/-
BPS-3 to BPS-6 Rs: 2982/- Rs: 3727/-
BPS-7 to BPS-10 Rs: 4464/- Rs: 5580/-
BPS-11 to BPS-13 Rs: 6732/- Rs: 8415/-
BPS-14 to BPS-16 Rs: 8454/- Rs: 10567/-
BPS-17 to BPS-18 Rs: 11190/- Rs: 13987/-
BPS-19 Rs: 14880/- Rs: 18600/-
BPS-20 Rs: 18690/- Rs: 23362/-
BPS-21 Rs: 22380/- Rs: 27975/-

A copy is forwarded to the Accountant General Balochistan, Quetta for further necessary action.
